Please provide your policy number and family name and click "Show Info" to verify if you are already included in CFPI's list of claimants.
If you name is not in the list, please submit your claim through any of the following means:
- Visit our Head Office and file your claim(s) personally, or through an authorized representative;
- Send an e-mail to claimsbenefit@cfpi.com.ph and/or attyjosebarcelonchsi@gmail.com
Filing of claims pursuant to the Insurance Commission’s Liquidation Order is until 16 September 2025 only. Claims filed after 16 September 2025 shall be BARRED from normal liquidation proceedings, BUT shall be reconsidered in CFPI’s dissolution and winding up proceedings.
CFPI shall regularly update this Claims Verification Portal.
