Ms. Amelia A. Ocampo-Visaya has decades of experience in
accounting and finance. She used to be the Comptroller of Manila

Director
Ms. Ana Maria K. Escalona served as Chief Operations Officer of
Caritas Health Shield, Inc. for over two decades and as COO of
Caritas Financial Plans, Inc. for more than ten years. She also
served as President of Caritas Life Insurance Corporation.

Mr. Edgar C. De Asis has years of managerial experience in the banking and finance industry.

Ms. Edna M. Soriano has years of managerial experience in
accounting and finance. She worked as Assistant Vice President for
Human Resources and later for Cash Operations in Pacific Plans,
Inc. Later, she joined The Family Clinic Colleges, Inc. initially as
Senior Assistant Vice president for Accounting and Finance. She
was later promoted to Vice President for Administration.
Ms. Soriano holds a BSBA degree major in Accounting from the University of the East, Manila, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas.

Dr. Jay D. Crisostomo is a Surgeon. He currently sits as board

Mr. Jeffrey K. Yulde is currently the Vice President for Marketing

Dr. Lourdes Ann D. Co is a Pediatrician specializing in neonatal
medicine and pediatric infectious diseases. She currently serves as
Head of the Transition Care Unit Newborn Services Unit at the
Makati Medical Center. She also serves as Senior Active
Consultant in Pediatrics at Cardinal Santos Medical Center.
